Whether it is the failure of expensive screening programs to detect cancer at an early stage, the additional stress that comes about with a promotion, or the inability of a democracy to institute meaningful healthcare reform, sometimes we are shocked that things are so difficult to improve. The "I Can't Believe It's Not Better" show is dedicated to those times.
